Snowmen in the Sahara Desert

Post by Trish »

Snowmen in the Sahara Desert ..... yes!
Up to one metre of snow has fell in some areas of the Sahara Desert and they are making snowmen ..... yay.
In the UK we are used to snow but we are talking about Africa here.
I wonder what the locals are making of it

Snow in the desert is not a new thing but a metre seems a bit extreme.
