Tax Avoidance - What's The Score?

I mean if its illegal what they are doing and pay more into the system, will we be better off?
I am not even too sure who is complain here but its been hovering around on television all day.
Are the rich people doing anything illegal or what?
And then there's these stupid Paradise Papers, I wish the press would explain themselves a bit better.
How would anyone know what Paradise Papers are if most of us are not rich?
